Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC) Developer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in implementing integration solutions using OIC. The candidate should have a strong background in developing integrations between SaaS applications like Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM, as well as between SaaS and PaaS applications. Proficiency in multiple Technology Adapters such as File, Database, Oracle ERP, and FTP Adapter is essential for this role. The candidate should possess excellent skills in web service technologies, including XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD. Experience throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to documentation, testing, implementation, and support, is required. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with effective communication abilities, are critical for collaborating with functional and technical groups and various technical team members.

Requirements
  1. Integration Development:

    • Develop and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC) for SaaS applications (Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM) and between SaaS and PaaS applications.
  2. Technology Adapters:

    • Work extensively with at least 3-4 Technology Adapters, including File, Database, Oracle ERP, and FTP Adapter, to build seamless integrations.
  3. Web Service Technologies:

    • Utilize excellent skills in web service technologies such as XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD to create efficient and effective integrations.
  4. Software Development Lifecycle:

    • Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to documentation, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
  5. Troubleshooting and Debugging:

    • Identify and troubleshoot technical and configuration issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of integration solutions.
  6. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Communicate effectively with functional and technical groups, as well as various technical team members, to ensure clear understanding and successful collaboration.
  7. Task Completion and Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure timely completion of tasks, milestones, and components, including technical specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, and project reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC).
  • Strong background in developing integrations between SaaS applications and between SaaS and PaaS applications.
  • Extensive experience with at least 3-4 Technology Adapters, including File, Database, Oracle ERP, and FTP Adapter.
  • Excellent skills in web service technologies, such as XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical and configuration issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on completing tasks and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
