Responsibilities:
- Follow the company's values, vision, and mission.
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to present them persuasively, emphasizing key benefits and competitive advantages.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with potential clients using our CRM system, ensuring efficient sales pipeline management.
- Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

- Minimum of 1 year in proven outbound sales.
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on outbound sales.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving positive outcomes in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a quick ability to grasp product/service knowledge.
- Demonstrate initiative in seeking new sales opportunities and continuously improving sales strategies.
