Job description

This is a remote position.

As a QA Analyst, your primary role will be to ensure the quality and reliability of the software products developed by the company. You will be responsible for conducting thorough and rigorous testing to identify any defects or failures in the software before its release to the market.


Responsibilities

-        Follows company’s values, vision, and mission

-        Test planning and design.

-        Execution of manual and automated tests.

-        Documentation and reporting of issues found.

-        Analysis of results and collaboration with the development team.

-        Proposal of effective solutions and tracking their implementation.

-        Continuous improvement of quality control processes.

-        Interdepartmental collaboration with developers, designers, and project managers.

-        Maintaining clear and effective communication with the team.

-        Perform reviews and audits of software development processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

-        Experience in manual and automated testing.

-        Ability to write clear and detailed test cases.

-        Meet deadlines and work efficiently.

-        Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.

-        Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

-        Other duties as required.


Requirements

Qualifications

-        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

-        Previous experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role.

-        Deep knowledge of software testing techniques, methodologies, and QA tools.

-        Proficiency in programming languages and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).

-        Familiarity with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

-        Analytical skills and ability to effectively solve problems.

-        Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-        Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
