Regional Account Manager-Dietitian (Remote)

Job Description

The Role:

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing Regional support & recruiting efforts where volumes are heavy or staffing is deficient as well as provide additional support to existing clients across the business, as needed. There will be new business assignments independently according to established procedures/guidelines.

Responsibilities

RECRUITING: Remote-recruiting and communication with prospective employees accessed from internet postings, print ads and other forms of media. Maintaining existing recruitment programs / applicant tracking systems and developing new and varied sources of prospective employees. Off-site recruiting at job fairs, career centers, schools, community center flyer distribution and more.

INTERVIEWING AND HIRING: Perform the pre-screening, interviewing, testing and complete reference checking of all candidates.

ONBOARDING: Conduct all new hire sessions for incoming employees.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: Serve as a mentor and advocate for employees. Manage recognition programs, perform annual reviews, serve as coach and counsel, and handle all formal disciplinary actions.

Education & Experience

  • Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible (preferred)
  • 2 - 3 Years Experience working in a sales or customer service environment.

Qualifications:

  • Recruiting and staffing experience (preferred)
  • Desire to recruit for a high-volume position 80% of your work day
  • Ability to "think outside the box" for fresh recruiting ideas
  • Computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel; quick to learn new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great motivation, energy, and desire to grow with the company
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up
  • Must possess a positive, "team player" attitude

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

US Remote; Compensation: $45,000-100k+ per year.
