Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, 10+ years sales experience, 4+ years in leadership sales position, Track record of superior performance metrics, Excellent negotiation skills, Familiarity with CRM software.
Key responsabilities:
Assess and manage the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team, monitoring 500+ accounts and devising strategies to enter new markets
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates, meet customers to discuss evolving needs, and implement new sales initiatives
Deliver daily reports on field sales success and align VOC data with superiors.
Develop sales catalyst to target key demographics
