Key responsabilities:
- Assess and manage the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team, monitoring 500+ accounts and devising strategies to enter new markets
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates, meet customers to discuss evolving needs, and implement new sales initiatives
- Deliver daily reports on field sales success and align VOC data with superiors.
- Develop sales catalyst to target key demographics
