Global P2P (Peer to Peer) Live Learning Network. Our mission is to build and enhance tools that enable students of all ages to discover courses that fit their budget, schedule, language, learning goals.
As a Salesforce Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training to individuals and groups on how to effectively use Salesforce. You will be responsible for developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs on Salesforce to individuals and groups.
Create and maintain training materials, including user manuals, training guides, and reference documents.
Develop and maintain training curricula for Salesforce users of all levels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of training materials.
Provide feedback and support to learners to ensure their success in using Salesforce.
Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Tutor or similar role.
Experience developing and delivering training programs for Salesforce.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salesforce certification is a plus.
