Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for a Technical Sales Manager to join their business in Europe.

Requirements:

  • You will be responsible for the account management in Photovoltaics, Electronics and Optics. Develop turnover at existing accounts by regular contacts, RFQ management, monitoring market needs and trends, and optimizing technical support. 

  • You will be taking care of Market development Increase sales volume by canvassing potential customers in Electronics, Optics, Photovoltaic and Decorative coating industry, presenting the established product range as well as the new developments.

  • Market monitoring, forecasting and budgeting Continuous monitoring, mapping and reporting of the market development in your territory.

  • Credit management, ensuring respect of the company's credit management policy, assisting in effective collection of receivables when necessary, and collaborating with the finance department whenever required. 

  • Customer Service and order Processing:  Support company's Customer Service Team (CS) in providing market and customer information. Share price and delivery details with CS for all new and existing customers.

  • Complaint Management: Collect data from your customers and provide it to the Quality and Application Technology Team.

  • Communicate and update customers on actual findings and results



Qualifications:


  • BSc degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent. 

  • Excellent account management skill 

  • Profound knowledge of Thin Film Technology in Photovoltaic, Electronics and Optics is preferred 

  • Fluent language required
