Our client is on the lookout for an adept Senior Software Engineer to come onboard and helm their software division, playing a key role in steering their software initiatives.

In your capacity as a Senior Software Engineer with our client, you will be guiding a group of approximately 5 software developers, contributing to the evolution of their AI-geared vehicle examination tools, and aiding the expansion of their tech prowess.

Their software experts are consistently exploring methodologies to swiftly relay vast amounts of data, spanning terabytes, from their peripheral devices, through their cloud, to their clientele. They regard themselves as trailblazers in the automated inspection domain, leading to in-house expertise across hardware, software, cloud, and AI development to avail this solution to their patrons.

In the role of a Senior Software Engineer, your prime focus will be overseeing the software milieu within our client's framework. Given that they are a nascent enterprise, the role will entail providing direction to the group, prioritizing both individual and collective growth, while simultaneously playing an active role in software crafting. You'll collaborate closely with your squad and other divisions to ideate novel software components and enhance the present ones. Once strategies are firmed up, you'll employ your project oversight skills to navigate the team through the project's implementation phase.

Principal Duties:

- Spearhead and coach a unit of 5 software developers, nurturing a synergistic and efficient work setting.

- Shape a perspective on the software domain within our client's establishment.

- Champion the ideation and crafting of software remedies.

- Liaise with other technological factions (Hardware, cloud, and AI) to ceaselessly elevate the user experience.

- Supervise code assessments and champion optimum software norms within the squad.

- Concentrate on dependability, efficacy, adaptability, and fortification.

- Supervise project schedules, outputs, and resources judiciously.

- Head and be a part of dialogues associated with software structure and blueprinting.

- Instill a spirit of invention, perpetual learning, and career evolution within the collective.
