As an Associate Principal Consultantyou will…

Collaborate on teams with other Coraggio consultants on a range of client projects. Your work will include:

• Helping us continue to grow our Community Prosperity practice; expanding our work in areas such as education, workforce development, economic development and community development, while also serving on Travel and Tourism focused engagements.
• Strengthening our data and analytics operation at Coraggio by evolving our data vendor relationships, our data analytics toolkit, our approach to infographics and data communication, and our practice-wide data collection methods.
• Leading the development of in-depth situation assessments, leveraging stakeholder outreach, secondary research, partner research, and client-provided data to synthesize and communicate clear strategic implications.
• Designing and delivering engaging strategic presentations and facilitations for our clients, in partnership with your Coraggio teammates
• Contributing to the development and execution of client strategy and operational improvements.
• Leading the project management on assigned engagements, anticipating future workstreams and client needs.
• Working closely in collaboration with a Research Analyst who will partner with you on data assignments.
• Leveraging the mentorship of the Principal Strategist throughout each client engagement to add to your skillset and hone your talents.
• Opportunity to gain personal proficiency with Coraggio’s core practices, frameworks, methodologies, and approach to client work (strategic planning, change leadership, destination planning, and organizational assessments.)
• Identifying opportunities with your manager to develop and improve skills within each of Coraggio’s primary client service offerings.
• Contributing to knowledge-building activities such as articles for publication on a topic within your areas of interest as needed.
• Supporting Coraggio’s business development efforts by expanding work within the firm’s client/service portfolio—for example identifying additional opportunities within client projects, brokering introductions from your network, and helping to develop proposals.

As an Associate Principal Consultant your Experience, Knowledge and Skills include:

• Experience as a management consultant and/or specific industry experience in strategic planning, market research, project management, or related fields.
• Industry expertise in economic development, education, workforce development, community development, or urban planning, strongly preferred.
• Ability to conduct and/or analyze market and industry-specific research.
• Ability to proactively support and manage project work across multiple projects, consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models, including ability to deal with large and/or incomplete data sets a plus.

Location: REMOTE. This is a remote position. We are open to a remote candidate located anywhere in the US **

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 DOE

Travel Requirements**

• Travel required, up to 2-10 days/month
