We are looking for a talented individual…

To join CLEAResult as a Field Supervisor In this exciting career opportunity, you will be helping customers improve the energy efficiency of their home. To be successful in this role you will have experience installing insulation, providing guidance to customers, and providing updates on projects. 
Supporting the Energy Conservations Assistance Program (ECAP), you will have a direct impact on improving low-income family housing by helping residents save energy. The ECAP program installs insulation, draft proofs houses, and installs high-efficiency gas furnaces, all at no cost to the participants.

A successful candidate will be located within Port Coquitlam, BC.

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great match if you can…

• Apply and secure insulation using blowing, nailing, and other installation methods

• Draft proof the house to reduce air leakage

• Help with installing new high-efficiency bathroom fans 

• Fit insulation around obstructions and between studs and joists

• Install vapor barriers

• Provide technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client and manufacturer’s specifications

• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products

•  Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve issues

• Spend 30% of your time traveling throughout British Columbia and reside in the Interior of BC to facilitate required travel

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 2+ years relevant industry or residential construction experience

• Previous experience installing insulation

• Roofing experience, including working at heights

• Electrical experience preferred

• Supervisory experience is an asset

• Knowledge of safe power tools usage

• Hourly rate plus opportunity for overtime

• Company provided vehicle to use for work purposes

• $65/month cell phone stipend

• $80/day reimbursement for overnight travel
