You Are**

UST HealthProof is looking for an experienced HealthRules Senior Configuration Consultant/Manager with experience in this platform. The ideal candidate should be an expert in leading Healthcare projects in the HealthRules configuration. Candidate should have good experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer HealthRules platforms. A good understanding of healthcare domain is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **

The Opportunity**

• Provide power point presentations with sprint information at the end of each sprint as well as lead the sprint demo for the customer.
• Responsible for meeting milestones and guiding the team to a successful go live event.
• Provide guidance and mentor other team members.
• Provide expertise to customer and team regarding HealthRules
• Answer questions regarding the product and provide solutions to complex problems.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. **

What You Need**

• Must be a leader.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Must be scrum master for configuration team.
• Must have excellent communication skills and presentation skills including the ability to convey business requirements/configuration effectively.
• Should be able to synthesize complex information.
• Must have experience in at least four modules of HealthRules Payor (i.e., Benefits, Pricing, Claims, Finance, etc)
• Assist other team members with complex issues related to their field of expertise.
• Provide configuration training to internal team and customer.
• Should be flexible in work roles and hours.
• Team player
• Must have some experience working with customers.
• Analytical abilities
• Must have HealthRules Experience (5 + years)
• Must be good with customers.
• Previous consulting experience

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. **

Role Location: Remote**

Compensation Range: $104,000-$156,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. **
