Lead Inhouse Consultant RPA (m/f/d)**

WEPA.digital is an agile environment for young-minded change makers and intrapreneurs, who love to incorporate digital technology to create massive impact. Hybrid working: up to 95% remote possible, 5% on-site in Düsseldorf. **

Your Responsibilities**

With your entrepreneurial spirit, you will shape and promote our internal service offering. Together with a small team of solution architects, you will advise our clients and bring innoative ideas to life.

  • Managing the automation of business processes with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Driving the realisation of apps with low code technologies to solve complex business problems
  • Defining and promoting our service offering within our company to generate new project leads
  • Identifying potential applications for low code & RPA in collaboration with our business partners
  • Organising our project backlog, coordinating capacities and steering the development of solutions
  • Implementing simple automations on your own and grow your technology understanding
  • Gathering business requirements and guiding internal clients through all project phases
  • Acting as a translator between business and technology experts

Your Profile

Personality: Structured, self-driven and goal-oriented, great team working and communication skills, service-oriented hands-on mentality, strong entrepreneurial mindset, passionate for digital technology **

Background

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar discipline
  • 2 years of practical experience in IT Consulting, Digital Project Management, Product Management or a position with touch points to Low Code & RPA technologies

  • Ideally prior work as part of an agile and interdisciplinary team within a startup or a large software / technology company

Languages: Fluent inEnglish; German, Italian, Polish and/or French would be a plus **
