Job description

Position Summary

Provides leadership for a team focused on project planning and execution for U.S. hospital and health system evaluations and implementations of Infusion Consumables, IV Solutions, Oncology, Vascular Access, Critical Care, Temperature Management, Pain Management, Anesthesia and Respiratory products. **

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create trusted relationships with organizational leaders to support quality and industry best practice recommendations.
  • Recruits, develops, and retains team members building a positive culture with engagement
  • Provide high level support and collaboration to ensure team is knowledgeable of responsible products across all portfolios
  • Ensure all documentation is current and uploaded into proper systems
  • Collaborates with Sales leadership to manage per diem expense and deployment.
  • Work with the Internal and External customers to meet current market and customer needs.
  • Collaborates and participates new product development or enhancements.
  • Manage and collaborate the development of expanded service offerings.
  • Collect, analyze, and utilize customer feedback to calculate NPS and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor, productivity and team/customer outcomes.
  • Partners with Sales leadership and Clinical Sales Consultants to support presentations and additional needs for key accounts
  • Partner with customers and marketing team for evidence-based publications where possible.
  • Support the team and customers with problem solving, trouble shooting, and customer concerns.
  • Presence/participation at trade shows, professional, regional, and national organizations and events.
  • Obtain and maintain all Vendor Credentialing requirements.
  • This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).
  • Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement
  • Organizing employee schedules, monitoring and evaluating employee performance and leading team members.
  • Responsible for collaborating and developing improvement plans, monitoring progress and delegating employee assignments.
  • Managing project teams to develop, execute, and complete assignments; organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance; documenting operational tasks and reporting to higher-level management; performing employee performance reviews and assessments; and assisting with new employee onboarding and training.
  • Provide customer support inclusive of United States and Canada as needed.
  • Work on special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required (Scientific). Masters level University Degree in related field highly desirable
  • Broad clinical knowledge across care and solution areas with domain expertise of 10+ years in clinical practice and administration people management.
  • Licensure in relevant clinical profession: nursing, pharmacy, respiratory, etc. Professional Licensure unencumbered in good standing with no current discipline, conditions, or restrictions.
  • Position requires active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to perform the essential function of your role at customer locations.

Work Environment

  • This job is a field-based role.
  • Work may be performed in a home office using standard office equipment, as well as on-site at customer locations.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time, depending on the needs of a customer
  • As part of the scope of employment, the employee must hold a valid driver’s license as well as comply and meet the requirements set forth in the Authorized Driver Policy to drive on behalf of the company.
  • Typically requires travel more than 50% of the time
  • Located near a major airport.
  • Travel outside assigned region as required to include international travel.
  • Required: current identification (Real ID, Passport) in compliance with government travel regulations

Strict adherence to privileged and confidential information is mandatory to include compliance with applicable regulations for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). **

Key Internal and External Relationships**

This position will interface with all levels of company structure as well as external customers as it relates to hospitals, alternate site, and home infusion. Membership and participation in applicable professional organizations preferred.

This role is based remotely; the incumbent may be remote in any state other than Colorado; California; Connecticut; Montana, Maine or New York.
