DutiesAs a Public Health Advisor you will: - Assist in planning and managing a comprehensive public health program (i.e., service delivery, assessment, surveillance, quality assurance, partnerships and collaborations, outreach, orientation, training, reporting, and program implementation and evaluation) - Carry out and promote significant public health program activities in local, state, and international settings - Collect and analyze data to address complex program needs - Develop and/or recommend program intervention, prevention, and/or control strategies

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level, which must include the following experience: assisting with and providing technical advice in carrying out infectious disease program activities, and the implementation and evaluation of federal, state and/or local public health programs.
OR
Ph.D. in public health or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
OR
A combination of specialized experience and graduate level education that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
_SALARY RANGE: $72,553-$94,317 per year_
