📝 About The Role

We are on a mission to democratize video content creation, benefiting millions of creators and businesses. We're hiring an experienced Product Manager to build products that are core to our company strategy by combining the state-of-art technologies and the best user experiences.

• Industry expert: Conduct in-depth research on workflows and strategies in the professional video creation process to become the internal industry expert. Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the continued success of our products.
• Innovator: Prioritize generative AI features, strategies, and models. Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap of OpusClip. Solve real-world problems using the latest technologies and innovative product solutions.
• Owner: Take ownership of business results by generating actionable insights. Continuously improve our AI core functionalities through effective evaluation, data analysis, and user research.
• Team Player: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) and external partners to drive execution excellence.

Experimenter: Conduct A/B tests to make data-informed decisions, optimize AI models, prompts and product features to validate hypotheses and meet user needs. **

🔠 Skills You'll Need To Bring**

• 4+ years of experience in AI-powered products, AI/ML models, or related fields. Relevant background in short video/creation tools/creator economy is preferred.
• Familiarity with research and evaluation methodologies for continuous improvement of AI models and prompts. Have hands-on experience in systematic investigation, data collection, analysis, AB testing and evaluation techniques.
• A discerning eye for video quality, and ability to qualify which properties and characteristics that make one video is better than another.
• Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with an international team.
• Strong ownership, entrepreneurship, and a passion for making impact through innovative strategies.

• This is a remote job based on the west coast of the U.S., with 3 days of collaboration per week during the evenings.
