Design + Architecture - You are a technology authority and your designs take into account the sophisticated infrastructure of our systems and account for future growth. You will propose creative and technically sound solutions to hard-to-solve problems.
Execution - You will break down initiatives into phases with clear goals and metrics. As an expert in Workday you implement and deploy your solution, driving towards continued process improvements and metrics monitoring.
Leading projects - New initiatives, products, risks and opportunities are constantly arising. You will help evaluate and drive these meaningful initiatives, understanding requirements, empathizing with the business problem, and anticipating gotchas and corner cases.
Customer management - You will partner with business leaders and product teams to define root cause of process inefficiencies or opportunities, driving towards efficient, global and compliant solutions. You will translate business requirements and keep an open feedback loop to iterate your design with your customers when building, demoing and testing.
Experience
7+ years’ experience in Workday implementation/configuration.
Outstanding Workday skills. Systems work is second-nature to you, and you’re looking to apply your skills in complex projects with more ownership.
Hands on experience configuring in Workday HCM, business process framework, security and reporting.
Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
Superb communication (written and verbal), diligent listening, and positive relationship building skills.
