As part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, your objective will be to meet business needs by supporting hiring managers in their search for new talent while ensuring a first-class candidate experience. This role will predominately be supporting the UK and Ireland. **
Main role responsibilities:**
Develop and champion a deep understanding of the critical skills for the company of the future, and build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for our critical roles
- Establish robust and resilient relationships across the business and regional HR team, understanding the key business drivers and managing resourcing needs with excellence.
- Develop and foster relationships with the relevant hiring and business managers
- Bring new ideas and approaches to your work, identifying opportunities to increase and maximise our reach to find the best candidates
- Manage the candidate experience for all positions with timely and positive communications, providing information and onboarding materials as needed and administering any pre-requisite assessments
- Participate in candidate evaluation and selection process, including initial screening, shortlisting and interviewing, to support hiring managers in making the right recruitment choices to fulfil their resourcing requirements
- Deliver market intelligence and insights to the business and act as a trusted advisor with respect to expectations vs the marketplace; across all EMEA countries you support.
- Maintain accurate data sets to support the region with accurate performance insights and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide training and coaching to line managers on recruitment policies and procedures and ensure all managers are following the correct procedures
- Source top talent using various methods including networking, social media and internal referrals. Management of vacancies through diverse local jobs boards
- Conducting, steering and organisation of candidate interviews and assessments including attending careers fairs and where necessary universities.
- Support the manager in negotiating candidate salaries
- Advertise and develop employer branding campaigns for social media
- Lead specific TA projects to deliver tangible results for the team and the business
Skills and Experience Required:
- Blending agency and in house experience, ideally having previously recruited within Market Research / FMCG / Retail markets across multiple EMEA locations
- Highly experienced in managing diverse and high-paced recruitment, with variation from volume roles and in-demand skills across departments and geographical markets
- Exceptional communicator in both written and verbal situations. Fluent business English is a must
- Highly regarded team player, dedicated to developing robust relationships built on trust and respect across all teams, departments and markets
- Self-motivated, accountable and committed, with finely-tuned decision-making skills
- Strong presence with the confidence to present, influence and motivate
- Excellent organisational skills, comfortable in navigating ambiguity in complex and requirements
- Ability to engage and perform remotely across a virtual team, carrying an instinctual cultural awareness
- Excellent IT Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills and consistently solutions focused
- Resilient and adaptable to business changes

Location
This position is remote UK, however travel will be expected occasionally to our offices in Bracknell and Hammersmith.
