Pay Rate: $90 to $100 per hour

The Equipment Sourcing & Procurement (ESP) APT in Supply Chain IT is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software through providing production support, conducting manual functional testing, Cypress automated testing, and collaborating with business stakeholders. If you have a passion for automation, excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Production Support:
- Offer first-level support for the 5 applications owned by the APT, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose production issues, proactively update the status, communicate with stakeholders, collaborate with development team to identify root causes, implement appropriate fixes and meet SLAs.
- Provide incident resolution documentation (wiki) as necessary for reusability and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement preventive measures to minimize future production incidents.

2. Manual Functional Testing:
- Conduct thorough manual testing for software releases, ensuring the integrity and stability of our applications.
- Document and report defects and issues found during testing, providing clear and concise feedback to the development team.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve testing strategies and implement efficient testing methodologies.
- Work with business stakeholders to coordinate User Acceptance Testing. Capture and understand user defects and coordinate with the development team to resolve all findings.

3. Experience with automated testing:
- Be able to write and maintain Cypress automated tests using Cucumber.
- Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and enhance automated test scripts using Cypress.

4. Collaboration with Business Stakeholders:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into training materials and documentation.
- Be the voice for the APT by sending out all communications for planned and unplanned downtime activities
- Update and maintain documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and training materials, reflecting the latest system functionalities and changes.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
- Software Skills: ServiceNow, Jira, Cypress, Cucumber, Microsoft Office, Atlassian Confluence (Wiki), Teams, Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, a self-learner, a passion for learning new things and getting things done.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex system issues.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Solid experience in production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. **
