Your missions

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our Education Marketing team.

As a Marketing Business Partner, you play a pivotal role in the successful execution of campaigns for your designated business sector. Your primary focus is on achieving campaign Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL), pipeline, and Return on Investment (ROI) targets. Collaborating with the broader marketing 'agile' team, you will be instrumental in briefing, implementing, and nurturing high-quality, integrated campaigns aimed at generating demand from both prospective and existing customers.

This role is crucial within the Marketing team, requiring a blend of analytical skills and solid Marketing experience to drive campaign success.

What will you be doing?

As a Marketing Business Partner in this team, your role will involve:

  • Developing and owning the demand Marketing strategy for Education (maintained schools and Education HR & Payroll), aligning activities, and forecasted results with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Creating highly targeted Marketing campaigns for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales teams to build a sustainable pipeline of leads that directly supports sales targets.
  • Regularly reporting on the progress of campaigns, ensuring accurate and up to date KPI, performance, and forecast data.
  • Attending regular meetings to present an overview of sector campaign performance and updated forecasts against targets.
  • Working with external agencies and the wider Marketing team to articulate objectives clearly, encouraging creativity and expanding ideas to maximise results.
  • Collaborating with agencies and the broader Marketing team to continually optimise channel performance for maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensuring the quality of all campaign assets exceeds expectations and adheres to brand guidelines. Communicating effectively with agencies and the wider Marketing team in case of deviations.
  • Monitoring individual campaign statistics and data, including email, landing page, and website performance, working with the wider Marketing team to evaluate and compare results against plans and targets.
  • Conducting retrospective meetings with the broader Marketing team to review campaign performance, identifying and agreeing on actions for remedial or enhancement.
  • Keeping Asana up to date with tasks and actions for yourself and others.
  • Collaborating with the wider Marketing team to unblock production obstacles.
  • Working with the Marketing Operations team to ensure campaign and other data is up to date for reporting, tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Managing lead processing issues that may arise in coordination with Marketing Operations and the wider Marketing team. ​

  • Expertise in creating highly targeted marketing campaigns, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to assess the progress of campaigns.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, demonstrated by the ability to work closely with external agencies, Sales teams, and wider Marketing teams.
  • Proven experience in optimising channel performance to maximise campaign effectiveness.
