Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract/secondment.

In this key position, you’ll play a crucial part in managing the relationship between the IRIS Partner Development team, the business, and our valued partners (customers), focusing on Revenue Operations. Your responsibilities will include delivering day-to-day reporting, meeting data and business process requirements outlined by the Partner Development team. Additionally, you’ll actively participate in broader value enhancement initiatives aimed at elevating service delivery to both the Sales team and customers. A key aspect of the role will be to effectively manage the flow of information to and from the CRM systems utilised by the Partner team, these include Salesforce and Magentrix. Your support for Sales will be instrumental in maximising the success of our core CRM and Operational systems. Engaging with customers, you’ll address queries related to contracts, commissions, invoices, and credits, while maintaining consistent communication with the Partner Development team.

Please note that this position is available on a part-time (30 hours per week), 12-month fixed-term contract. While we embrace a flexible approach to remote working, there will be an occasional requirement to travel to our Manchester office.

What will you be doing?

As a Revenue Operations Executive in this team, your key duties will include:

  • Thoroughly documenting and analysing incoming requirements, overseeing their progression from initiation to delivery through collaboration with the appropriate teams.
  • Ensuring the timely distribution of day-to-day reports to relevant stakeholders, particularly in cases where automation is not in place.
  • Providing valuable support to the Partner Sales team by fulfilling requests for information and conducting ad hoc analyses as needed.
  • Collaborating with various teams such as Finance, Operations, and Sales Order Processing to deliver appropriate Partner Sales information when required.
  • Undertaking any additional tasks as assigned by the Revenue Operations Manager or the Revenue Operations Leadership Team.
  • Managing Partner Sales orders received via Magentrix, working alongside the Order Processing & KPO team to ensure accurate order allocation and commission payments.
  • Validating Point of Sale (POS) data and commission payments in coordination with Finance and the partner.
  • Developing comprehensive reports and dashboards within our CRM systems, predominantly Salesforce and Magentrix, and identifying and scoping sales-related system needs and requirements.
  • Directly liaising with partner customers to address queries related to commissions, contracts, and invoices, and directing them to the relevant teams, such as Finance or Partner Development, when necessary.
