Role Summary: 

We’re in search of someone with significant HCP marketing experience especially towards GPs.

This role will be instrumental in launching and maximizing off-line and on-line promotion of our Dexcom products. We’re in search of someone with an experience in diabetes area ideally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager and agency activation.
  • Development of communication campaigns and Reps support materials (collaboration with external parties (creative agency, printers) and internal parties (regulatory, medical, logistics departments), monitoring of campaign implementation.
  • Monitoring of promotional material (stock, validity, etc.)
  • Implementation of digital actions
  • Participation in regional meetings and national sales meetings
  • Monitoring internal approval circuits (regulatory, legal, medical)
  • Contribute to marketing budget monitoring
  • Work closely with Events, Sales Force and external sources, such as agencies together to design and provide content for initiatives and implement the activities.
  • Analyse and report the effectiveness of online marketing activities using various tools.
  • Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data.

Required Qualifications: 

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The successful candidate will have:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in pharmaceutical companies; in the medical device
  • Significant HCP marketing experience especially towards GPs
  • Good expertise of digital
  • Good knowledge of diabetes
  • Strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term sales and support goals.
  • Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, and other relevant privacy regulations.
  • A deep appreciation for detail and executional excellence. You will be insights-driven and excited to roll-up your sleeves to deliver exceptional quality at speed.
  • Experience working with legal, regulatory and marketing agencies would be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Highly fluent in English.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented – a self-starter who embraces a fast-paced environment and is unfazed working with tight deadlines.
  • A team player, with a strong attention to detail and great presentation skills.
  • A good communicator with the ability to work on a remote environment with team members across the country.
  • Highly organized with exceptional planning skills.

  

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years marketing experience or equivalent with HCP marketing preferred.

Travel Required:

  • 0-25%

Location:

  • Must be located in Paris area
  • 80% remote - 20% on-site
