The Card Operations Team oversees the daily operational functions and data interchange activities of the MyChoice Accounts debit card program.
A Card Operations Specialist II oversees the successful transfer of data to and from MyChoice accounts for both Health Savings Account (HSA) and Notional plans. Responsibilities may include the resolution of data issues, finding root cause and resolution for account creation and funding failures, as well as working daily settlement errors. They are also responsible for ensuring new client card setup is done correctly internally and with our card vendor, also partnering with the project and client teams for HSA transfer of assets when appropriate. Having a strong natural curiosity to dig below the surface and being a thoughtfully confident self-starter will help a Card Operations Specialist II succeed in this role.

What you need to make the cut:
The pay range for this position is 50K to 65K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
