Job Title: HR Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in HR systems and software, and have a solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help management create, administer, and manage employee benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Process and oversee payroll administration, including payroll processing, tax withholding, and time and attendance management.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and verifying employment eligibility.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with performance management and employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Preferred but not required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software, such as ADP, Workday, or SAP.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
