Job Title: Language Services Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a Language Services Recruiter to join our team and help us recruit top talent for our language services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of language services positions, including interpreters, translators, and language instructors. The Language Services Recruiter will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent in the language services field
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates
  • Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding new hires
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in language services recruitment

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting for language services positions
  • Strong understanding of the language services industry, including interpreting, translation, and language instruction
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a competitive market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language is preferred
