Your missions

Setter to join our team as an independent contractor. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in generating booked appointments from existing inbound leads. Utilizing our warm lead list, CRM, and training, you will conduct outbound calls to engage warm prospects and secure appointments. Your exceptional communication and persuasion skills will contribute to the success of our clients' sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our provided list and data to make outbound calls and engage our database of prospects.
  • Ask questions to qualify the prospects for our products or services
  • Book appointments and schedule meetings using our online appointment booking system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and outcomes.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment attendance and provide any necessary information or reminders.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to optimize calling scripts and strategies for maximum appointment conversions.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment booking targets.

Requirements

  • Candidates must demonstrate strong business acumen.
  • Experience with selling digital services such as Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Proven experience as an appointment setter for high-ticket services, with a track record of successfully booking appointments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.
  • Persuasive and confident phone manner to effectively present our clients' offerings.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage call records, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve appointment booking targets with qualified prospects.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online appointment booking software is a plus.
