RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Clean Energy Senior Financial Analyst to support the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED)’s mission to deliver clean energy demonstration projects at scale in partnership with the private sector to accelerate deployment, market adoption, and the equitable transition to a decarbonized energy system to join our superior workforce. The Senior Financial Analyst supports the OCED team in a remote compacity.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding successful financial arrangements and development processes for historical clean energy demonstration projects
  • Research new technologies, market data, and changing policy dynamics underlying the project
  • Evaluation of Technology and Adoption Readiness
  • Use expertise and industry focus experience in fulfilling the interpreted customer specification
  • Use Project Finance or Non-Recourse financing to assist with clean energy technology or other infrastructure projects
Requirements
  • Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust 
  • 5+ years of clean energy industry experience 5+ years of experience in project finance, renewable energy finance, tax equity, or a related field 
  • Highly experienced in the industry concerning financing clean energy technologies 
  • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, policies, and market dynamics   
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing 
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
