 Job Overview:

As a Remote Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in [South Africa]. Your primary responsibility will be to generate international patient referrals to 2Herr Medical Services, fostering collaboration with doctors and healthcare facilities.


 Key Responsibilities:


1. Doctor Relationship Management:

   - Identify and establish relationships with key doctors, specialists, and medical institutions in [South Africa].

   - Connect with doctors through various channels, including email, phone, and professional networking platforms.

   - Leverage your previous experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or hospitals to build credibility and rapport.


2. Promotion of 2Herr Medical Services:

   - Articulate the benefits and unique selling propositions of 2Herr Medical Services to healthcare professionals.

   - Develop and deliver online presentations showcasing the advantages of our international patient referral program.


3. International Patient Referral Generation:

   - Collaborate with doctors to identify potential international patient cases suitable for referral to 2Herr Medical Services.

   - Utilize your background in healthcare to understand the needs and preferences of medical professionals.


4. Networking and Industry Events:

   - Attend virtual medical conferences, workshops, and industry events to expand the network of healthcare professionals.

   - Represent 2Herr Medical Services and establish our presence in the healthcare community.


5. Market Research:

   - Stay updated on healthcare trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape in [South Africa].

   - Provide insights to the team for strategic decision-making.


6. Organize and Conduct Online Meetings:

   - Setup and coordinate virtual meetings with doctors to present our services and discuss potential collaborations.

   - Conduct online presentations to showcase the benefits of partnering with 2Herr Medical Services.


7. Addressing Queries:

   - Responsively address queries from doctors regarding our services, patient referral process, and other related inquiries.

   - Utilize your healthcare industry experience to provide informed and accurate responses.


8. Reporting and Documentation:

   - Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions, referral progress, and feedback.

   - Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and business development activities.


9. Payment per Doctor Account Creation:


-Introduce and explain the payment structure for doctors upon successful account creation with 2Herr Medical Services.

-Ensure transparency and understanding of payment terms, fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.



Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.

- Proven experience in remote business development within the healthcare industry.

- Significant previous experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or hospital settings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to collaborate across time zones.
