Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Regional Marketing Organisation.

  • Implement the Global marketing strategy locally in the Region / countries and ensure the effective implementation of tactical marketing programs defined by Global Marketing, Global Product management, Global Launch management and Global / DACH T&E. 

  • Be part of the team of Marketing Managers and work closely with the Global Marketing Management Team as well as the Regional sales organization.

  • Responsible for all commercial marketing activities including marketing, product management, sales support, marketing communications, educational needs and plan, partnering activities, key regional and local symposia.  

  • Provide strategic market direction and will work closely with all functional areas in the Regional Countries and with the Headquarter.

  • The Marketing Manager will provide leadership in product positioning, developing performance expectations, pursuing and monitoring country / RSM / Rep performances as well as monitoring customer satisfaction.

  • Be accountable to develop MQL and SQL to the sales organization and drive the regional PD initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Academic degree, ideal Master, in Marketing and Communication

  • At least 5 years experience from practically leading a marketing department in a subsidiary of a global organization

  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)

  • Excellent product and marketing knowledge

  • Strong leadership capabilities

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

  • Able to manage given tasks and responsibilities independently but still in alignment with the Global Marketing organization, DACH marketing organization, the Regional sales organization as well as the DACH T&E organization

  •  Strong communicative skills and presentation capabilities

  • Comprehensive practical experience from working with Digital Marketing and Funnel Management
