Marketing Intern

ARR Talent Limited is a North West based specialist Financial Services recruitment company. We are dedicated to connecting top-tier financial professionals with leading organisations in the industry. As a fast-growing company, we are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team on a UK remote basis for a one month placement.

Responsibilities: You will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Content Creation: Assist in generating engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns. Collaborate to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
   
2. Social Media Management: Help manage our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics.
   
3. Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and executing email marketing campaigns to engage both clients and candidates. Monitor campaign performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
   
4. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights to inform our marketing strategies.
   
5. Graphic Design: Work with design tools to create visually appealing graphics and visuals for marketing materials.
   
6. SEO and Website Optimisation: Support efforts to improve the company's online visibility through search engine optimisation and website updates.
   
7. Event Support: Assist in organising and promoting virtual events hosted by ARR Talent Limited.
   

Requirements

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Marketing Enthusiast: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  
• Digital Savviness: Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design tools.
  
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively contribute to marketing campaigns and collaborate with the team remotely.
  
• Self-Starter: The ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in content and design.
  
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and software.
  
• Passion for Learning: Eagerness to learn about marketing strategies and contribute fresh ideas.
  

Duration and Compensation: This is a one-month internship position on a remote basis. This is not a salaried position; however, reasonable work-related expenses will be covered.
