 JOB OVERVIEW:   

As the Global Partner Alliance Manager, you will be instrumental in building and fostering strategic partnerships with leading technology companies, focusing on collaboration with industry giants such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and Microsoft.  The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the technology landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of driving revenue through successful partnerships. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive mutual revenue growth. 
  • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with key technology companies, including Cisco, Palo Alto, and Microsoft. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with business objectives. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and partner companies, nurturing strong and collaborative relationships. 
  • Work closely with partners to understand their product roadmaps, market positioning, and joint business opportunities. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner-driven revenue. 
  • Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with partners to capitalize on them. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years Proven experience in partner alliance management, with a focus on Cisco, Palo Alto, or Microsoft.  
  • Adept at managing sales forecasts and developing strategies to bridge gaps to achieve targeted results. 
  • Strong understanding of IT managed services, Networking, and AV Industry preferred. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
