Position: Tech. Product Owner

Location: Remote

Duration: Contractual/Long-term
Job Description:

The candidate must have experience working on projects focused on software development and web services using agile methodologies. In addition, must be able to contribute to Swagger development and synthesize information from a broad set of existing APIs.

Telecom Domain.

Responsibilities

· Conduct testing such as functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), automated acceptance testing (AAT), and specification by example.

· Become a subject matter expert for assigned area and assist in product design and vision. Be the primary liaison between product managers and development teams. Communicate scope changes to the delivery team.

· Lead grooming exercises.

· Accountable for sprint readiness and delivery.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree, and 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, working on projects focused on software development and web services.

· At least 2 years in direct support of a large scrum effort for a software development project.

· Experience in Agile/Scrum, supporting Agile efforts, preference given to Scrum Alliance Certified and/or PMI-ACP applicants, and Product Owner Certified candidates.

· At least two years' experience writing user stories, vertically slicing features, using test suites, and maintaining scrum backlogs.

· Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops.

· Experience with Rally and JIRA required.
