Logix Solution Architect OR Business Analyst:
The ideal candidate for this role will ideally have a deep understanding of Client AMS Logix (Advanced Marketing Solution, consumer-specific offer management, streamline promotion delivery management, create, execute, and manage offers/customer groups/product groups). Ideally they would have experience implementing Logix at various companies, have been involved on the Logix team at Client, or have deep solution architect or business analysis experience working with a similar promotional engine in the loyalty space. This position is responsible for using solution architecture/business analysis practices and techniques to deliver measurable business outcomes in a large-scale, complex organization.

Job Duties -

? Ability to perform in-depth as-is architectural analysis and provide clear documentation
? Evaluates architectural options and defines overall architecture of our customer loyalty systems
? Interfaces with the Product Manager and IT partners at the Program level and within other Release Trains to define and estimate features for agile teams.
? Determines major elements and subsystems and defines interfaces as well as architectural runway.
? Provides subject matter expertise and technical consulting support on either vendor or internal applications and interfaces.
? Conducts industry research, facilitates new product and vendor evaluations, and assists in vendor selection.
? Deep understanding of customer loyalty/marketing/promotions working for major companies in the retail industry

Job Requirements -
• Bachelor's and 5 years post degree of ITS experience is required. (or equivalent combination - 10+ years of experience preferred).
• Expect 10+ years of experience with software design, analysis, development and implementation of home grown or package solutions.
• Prefer to have demonstrated experience with software frameworks such as Microsoft Azure cloud, Microsoft .NET, C# and back-end services.
• Experience with multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
• Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture.
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture”) and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Any SAFe certification or training.
• Technical team leadership experience helpful.
