Your missions

SAP Manufacturing Business Solution Senior Architect- 1550 (Client can sponsor)

Location: Hybrid model - This is a hybrid model position that is based out of Richardson, TX (Dallas - Ft worth Motorplex). This position works remote on Mondays and Fridays and in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday.
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full-Time Employment
Salary Range: $120K

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a SAP Manufacturing Business Solutions Architect, you will formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and with a thorough understanding of application systems and industry requirements.

You will also be trusted to:

Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering system capacity and limitations, operation time, and form desired results.
Analyze business and user needs, follow through the full development life cycle.
Have responsibility for feasibility studies, project charters and/or statements of work, implementation, communication, testing, change management, and training strategies.
Modifies, maintains, and updates complex ERP configuration and program routines.
Solve highly technical and complex problems on multiple projects and provide consultative support to internal staff.
Serve as the authority on subject matter associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications.
Educate others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules or other application systems.
Define, test, train, implement, and support one or more functional areas within the ERP System or other application systems.
May manage projects with medium budgets or of extended duration.
May manage project plan, scope, risk, and resources.
May participate in IT financial management activities including annual budgeting cycle, project estimating, capital approval process, project budget oversight, and resource time tracking.
May contribute to multi-year planning to determine broad direction, prioritize projects and evaluate ROI

Job Requirements:

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience focused in Manufacturing with good understanding of processes in Plant Maintenance, Procurement, Production Planning, Quality, Data Management, Materials Management, etc
5+ years of Hands-on SAP functional configuration and design experience in modules like PP, MM, QM, PM, MES/MII
Participation in all phases of at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP implementation
5+ years of analytics experience
5+ years of experience planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, documenting, and training in a variety of SAP areas
Experienced with defining business processes and models and aligning them with efficient operational and strategic technologies
Ability and track record of strategic innovation and implementations that relate to business process and tools for a global enterprise
