Title: QA Senior Specialist
Location: Remote

Job Description:
QA Lead
Develop test strategies, create test plans, execute tests thought out the various testing life cycle to include hands-on experience reviewing test documentation and test results and quickly identify and troubleshoot issues
Responsible for the validation of all End User documentation prior to delivery of the project
Coordinate Defect/Issue Resolution among other teams so that defects are resolved and reported to management on a recurring basis
Review test cases and develop automation test scripts
Manage project workloads, schedules, scope and deadlines to eliminate constraints and ensure that customer needs and project metrics are met
Write complex SQL queries for testing and data mining purposes
Participate in testing a variety of data warehouses (cloud and on-prem), ODS and other data marts where appropriate
Work with automation test engineering team to implement automation in entire life cycle of policies
Develop application testing project plans, estimates, timelines and status reporting
Works with management to establish application testing goals, strategies and plans
Develop automation test scripts
Take ownership of overall Quality Assurance success
Team player who collaborates with others & provided motivation to other team members
Work in a strong team environment providing high-quality feedback and review of other team members' work
Identify, recommend, and implement standardization and industry best practices
Overcome project obstacles with ease and escalate quickly when appropriate
Demonstrate strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Collaborate and coordinate across the Client Program Team to identify and resolve issues
Provide input to business, development, BA/TA, interface and ancillary teams as needed
Multi-task across multiple features and Client releases
Actively participate as a member of the Product Team
Broad understanding of business processes across teams and cross stream impacts
Application of big picture thinking and understanding to business processes, systems, designs and impacts
Attend all relevant requirement working and refinement sessions actively identifying testing impacts and considerations
During requirement process, identify high level scenarios
Confirm all business requirements are captured in high level test scenarios
Actively participate in demo's asking clarifying questions as needed (relevant based on meeting scope)
Share knowledge with QA Analyst team
Help the support team with test case details, defect triage, clarifications on requirements etc.
Review test cases and results with PO
