Job description

Position: Product Support engineer
Location: 100% remote work (Pacific Time work hours)
Contract duration: 12 months
Qualifications: Should be experienced in Data Dog, Kusto query language, Azure Managed Grafana and Service Now (SNOW) and must be hands on with 8-13 years of experience.

Product support engineer to assist with requests filed by end users. The primary responsibility will be troubleshooting and resolving errors, and throughout the work you must constantly log details for later analysis, reporting, and to provide end users with updates. When not actively engaged in issue analysis or implementing a resolution, you will assist other members of the team by contributing to product development and improving processes.

Required skills:
  • Service Now experience
  • Proficient in Data dog
  • Must have Knowledge of Kusto query language - KQL
  • required Azure Managed Grafana
  • Working experience in 24X7 support model
  • Exposure to microservices, API knowledge, Azure .
  • SQL and NoSQL Database experience
  • API Based application troubleshooting experience
  • Exposure to Cloud infra and Network components. Azure PaaS preferred
  • Knowledge on ITIL process . Change management , Problem management
