Senior Java Developer

The Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will participate in the detailed technical design, development, implementation, and deployment of data-driven applications. You will bring solid experience in emerging and traditional technologies such as Java, Neo4J, Python and Azure Cloud. You will have the opportunity to continuously develop technical knowledge and skills and marrying data with emerging technologies.

You'll be responsible for:

• Collaborate and work within an Agile team to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
• Work with stakeholders to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios and deliver robust cloud-based solutions
• Utilize engineering practices like domain driven design and development, TDD, ATDD, CI/CD
• Share your passion by experimenting with and learning new technologies, keeping abreast of the new tech trends, and mentoring other engineers

Required:

• 10+ years of experience in Java, J2EE using Spring/Spring boot
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environment
• 1+ years of experience in at least one of the following: React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Knowledge in Relational databases, NoSQL databases, Message Queues
• Strong fundamentals in REST APIs, microservices architecture and understanding of mainstream service protocols
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in Graph databases – Neo4J, Cosmos DB
• 1+ years of experience in Python
• Knowledge and experience with financial systems
