Job Description
Note: Under Executive Order 75, all new hires must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, as described in the “COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement” section below.
The client) has a vacancy for a PeopleSoft Developer to support ongoing production maintenance and the implementation of expanded functionality of the HR and Benefits functions.

Preferred Skills:
• Strong experience using PeopleSoft in v9.2T,
• Development experience with HR, Benefits Administration, E-hire, ESS, Client, and Approval Workflow
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft development tools version 8.56+ • Strong experience with People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR. • Good knowledge of Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, and Job Scheduling. • Strong experience developing PeopleSoft interfaces into legacy and third party systems. • Strong knowledge of ST AT tool and SQL Server.
• Experience in fine tuning large installations of PeopleSoft on Oracle in both UNIX and Windows. • Strong PeopleSoft development and integration experience with tool upgrades, applying patches and bundles. • Experience with Oracle database and PS administration. • Experience working on an enterprise wide projects a must. • Good Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. • CA Scheduler Tool.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
Pursuant to New York City Executive Order No. 75 (effective Aug. 2, 2021), the following requirements now apply for new City hires:
1. All persons newly hired for employment by any City agency must provide proof of having received at least one dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine prior to beginning their employment, except for those who obtain an exception due to medical or religious reasons through the reasonable accommodation process.

2. After receiving a conditional offer of employment from a City agency, an applicant for employment must provide proof of having received at least one dose of an approved COVID- 19 vaccine within a reasonable period of time. Failure by the applicant to provide the agency with proof of having received at least one dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine will result in the agency revoking the conditional offer, unless the applicant obtains an exception through the reasonable accommodation process.

3. Any person who begins their employment after providing proof of having received only one dose in a 2-dose series of a COVID-19 vaccine will also be required to provide their City agency with proof of receipt of a second dose within 30 days of the first dose. Failure to do so will result in termination.

Executive Order 75 further provides that, “an individual is considered fully vaccinated two or more weeks following receipt of a second dose in a 2-dose series of a COVID- 19 vaccine, or 2 or more weeks following receipt of one dose of a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.”
