Job description

This is a remote position.

Our innovative CLaaS®, delivers Competency learning as a Service, over the cloud on demand, to support higher education institutions, enterprises & government for achieving growth in the digital economy. 

 What You Do   

You will have the exciting opportunity to work with us in transforming enterprise training for innovative learning in the flow of work with tangible business outcome delivery.    

You will build high performing enterprise sales and solution teams to deliver sales success and market validation for our innovative enterprise CLaaS@Work solution.   

You will engage government agencies and build industry eco-systems to support CLaaS® accreditation and localization for optimum market penetration.   



Requirements

Sales Experience: The candidate should have a proven track record of success in enterprise solution sales, with at least 10 years of experience in a sales-related role. 


Technical Knowledge: The candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise solutions. They should be able to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to customers. 


Relationship Building: The candidate should have excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the enterprise IT market. 


Communication Skills: The candidate should be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. They should be able to create and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to customers. 


Strategic Thinking: The candidate should be able to think strategically and develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. They should be able to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and create a roadmap for achieving those goals. 


Leadership Skills: The candidate should have strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals. They should be able to set clear goals, provide guidance and support, and hold team members accountable for their performance. 


Agile: be able to work in a dynamic working environment and also be a part of a self-organizing team
