Your missions

Inside Sales -- Associate/Mid-Level

Industry: Renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing
Work Mode: Home Office, anywhere in Germany
Salary range: €55,000 - €70,000 p.a. plus commission

You will become part of a leading global technology company specializing in eco-friendly energy solutions. The company has achieved remarkable success, surpassing $90M in sales revenue in 2023. With a strong focus on innovation, advanced technologies are seamlessly integrated into product development, ensuring enhanced performance, efficiency, and safety.

As an Inside Sales professional, you'll play a key role in developing of company's home storage product lines in Germany.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound/inbound communications with prospective/existing customers to promote company products.
  • Collaborate with installers, engage in lead nurturing efforts to generate and qualify leads, and optimize the steps within the customer conversion funnel.
  • Foster inter-departmental communication by establishing working relationships with marketing, sales, and service teams, addressing and resolving issues related to leads.
  • Develop relationships with other departments and facilitate issue resolution through effective communication.
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system.


Requirements
  • Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, promotions, or telemarketing.
  • Familiarity with the home storage or relevant industry, related products/services, and understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Electrical Technical Degree; Renewable Energy Degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal in both German and English.
  • Proven track record of sales results from telemarketing experience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to influence sales through telemarketing efforts.
  • Demonstrates high energy, self-motivation, and persistence.
  • Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
