Your missions

Inside Sales (Residential) --Associate/Mid-Level

Industry: Renewable Energy

Work Mode: Home Office or Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound/inbound communications with prospective/existing customers to promote company products.
Collaborate with installers, engage in lead nurturing efforts to generate and qualify leads, and optimize the steps within the customer conversion funnel.
Foster inter-departmental communication by establishing working relationships with marketing, sales, and service teams, addressing and resolving issues related to leads.
Develop relationships with other departments and facilitate issue resolution through effective communication.
Maintain and optimize the CRM system.

Requirements

Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, promotions, or telemarketing.
Familiarity with the solar industry, related products/services, and understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Electrical Technical Degree; Renewable Energy Degree is a plus.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal in German and English.
Proven track record of sales results from telemarketing experience.
Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to influence sales through telemarketing efforts.
Demonstrates high energy, self-motivation, and persistence.
Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
