Responsibilities:
As the CMO who reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by overseeing the day-to-day marketing operations of our business, from product positioning to strategy development. You should be able to development marketing message and content for all marketing disciplines, including user acquisition, brand marketing/PR, community management, influencer marketing, and customer service.
Work with CEO to develop and implement marketing strategy for our current and pipeline games.
Lead our UA and product marketing efforts to drive user acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with brand/IP partners to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotions.
Negotiate and manage partnerships with developers to bring new games to our platform.
Develop and execute strategies to expand our user base in global market while developing regional expertise.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in gaming, with a focus on either business operations or marketing.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing global products.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
