Our client is an innovative Fintech within financial services, whom are constantly enhancing their bespoke, cutting edge CRM platform - which enables the business to continuously implement innovative market leading features to expand broad range of products they provide to residential and commercial customers.

Due to year on year growth my client is looking for an experienced Head of Technical Delivery to join their team. As the Head of Technical Delivery, you will work closely with senior stakeholders within the business to contribute to defining and executing the technical road map and overseeing the technical delivery of man products and services.

As an experienced leader you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of project managers and developers, ensuring the quality of the codebase, whilst overseeing the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with the product team to ensure that the technical delivery aligns with the product roadmap and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of developers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the quality of the codebase.
  
• Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, and to the required standard.
  
• Work closely with the product team to ensure that the technical delivery aligns with the product roadmap and business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, timelines, and project plans.
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and practices to improve the development process and product quality.
  
• Oversee AWS infrastructure, ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and secure.
  
• Work with the QA team to ensure that the testing process is efficient and effective.
  

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience and understanding of the software development life cycle - Microservices, React, and PHP development.
  
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers.
  
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
  
• Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure and services.
  
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
