Java Backend Developer (Remote)

Technical Requirements:

·         Should have good knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies.

·         Should have good application knowledge of design patterns and UML.

·         Should have hands on experience on Spring Framework

·         Should have working experience of JMS Technologies

·         Should be good in Core Java concepts along with hands on experience of Java-8

·         Should have good expertise on JUnit testing and working knowledge of Testing Framework

·         Should have good have hands on experience with build tools like Maven

·         Should have good knowledge of Jenkins (CI/CD)

·         Should have good knowledge of XML and XSD

·         Should have knowledge on Unix/Linux O/S along with basic commands

·         Should have worked in Agile project development environment

·         Good to have knowledge on HP-QC, Visure or JIRA

Non-Technical Requirements:

·         Should have worked on Onshore/offshore model

·         Strong communications & presentation skills including to development teams

·         Should be process oriented and drive it among teams

·         Self-starter and sets high standards for the quality of their deliverables

·         Report timely project status to stakeholders

·         Creative and thinks out of box

·         Working for Volatile and high pressure environments
