Job description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Global Compliance Controller to join our client's team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client meets all international compliance standards for its subsidiaries globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the company's global compliance programs.
  • Ensuring that all subsidiaries meet their respective international compliance requirements.
  • Regularly auditing the company's procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
  • Assessing company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Implementing and managing an effective legal compliance program.
  • Advising management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues.​


Requirements
  • Relevant University Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, probably with international exposure.
  • Native English Speaker.
  • Residency in Prague, Czech Republic.
  • Solid knowledge of international regulatory standards and compliance laws.
  • Excellent or organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Superior understanding of business practices, risks and challenges.


Working Conditions:
