_Job Details _ _ : _ Title: Project Coordinator II Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 Duration: 07 months Description: Product Accessibility Audit Coordinator — (Deliverables for contract):
6-12 month opportunity to manage accessibility audits at client.
This position reports to the Product Accessibility Audit Program Manager in the client Product Accessibility and
Inclusive Design team. The program responsibilities and deliverables include:
Manage accessibility audits with third party vendors as part of our audit program which measures our product
accessibility relative to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
Manage and monitor vendors for timely completion of audits and Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs)
Coordinate accessibility audits with internal product teams following established processes to establish scope,
timelines, and measures of success
Perform quality reviews of and publish ACRs to external website
Recommend improvements for overall coordination of audits to the Audit Program Manager, and implement
appropriately
Timely upload of audit findings to bug tracking system
Assist with responding to customer requests regarding product accessibility compliance from internal and
external stakeholders.
Requirements: Two years experience in coordinating compliance or accessibility testing or Quality Assurance related projects
with external vendors at scale
Able to create and maintain relationships with business and technical experts through the company
Excellent organizing skills. You have a strong eye for detail, and are capable of independently driving projects
to completion
Great communicator. In particular, you should excel at explaining compliance requirements to diverse
audiences (across varying technical and business backgrounds) in a way that fosters understanding and
ownership.
Preferred:** Experience with product accessibility compliance, including expertise in industry and governmental standards
and policy relating to WCAG and other web accessibility standards
Experience with Salesforce products
Google Apps experience, especially with Google Sheets
Script programming experience, e.g., macros, PHP, Python, etc.
