Independent Members of the Performance and Audit Committee**

We are looking to appoint two independent members to our Performance and Audit Committee.

This is a great chance to use your skills in finance or transformational change at a strategic level in an organisation that has an enormous impact on the arts and cultural sector.

If you would like to work alongside our National Council members and Executive Board on areas of our business and funding arrangements for the benefits of creativity and culture in England and:

  • have either recent experience of working in an arms-length public body or central government in a senior finance or operational role, or recent experience of working with loans and finance and/or major transformation projects
  • have an accountancy qualification or experience of leading transformation including digital and people change
  • working at a senior level with recent experience of audit, risk management or corporate governance; and
  • can demonstrate commitment to our ten-year strategy, ‘Let’s Create’
