Nuix is hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive for our Germany office.

Key Responsibilities - Locate or propose potential business opportunities with clients and partners (hunter); discovering and exploring further details regarding the opportunities - Generating and executing on strategic account plans, focusing on purely new accounts ensuring full penetration of Nuix solutions. - Building great relationships with new customers, helping them find truth in the digital world - Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating commercial agreements to closing the deal - Sell Nuix software licenses to new name commercial accounts in line with the sales plan and commission structure. - Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis - Update salesforce.com with detailed activities and next steps to provide full visibility into key accounts, opportunities and forecasts. - Leverage, promote and collaborate with Nuix Channel and partners as appropriate. - Participate and speak at industry events and forums in liaison with Nuix EMEA Marketing - Be a Nuix brand ambassador in the marketplace.

Requirements: - Be a go-getter and excited to uncover new opportunities for the business. - Ability to hunt for new Customer in the DACH Region in a Corporate and Law Firm Market - Able to do cold calls to create 5 new leads per week. - Using the own network to gain new opportunities. - Building and executing on account plans, focusing on expanding existing accounts to ensure full penetration of Nuix solutions. - Build real pipeline to manage and hit quota and revenue targets as allocated by sales management. - Update salesforce.com with detailed activities and next steps to provide full visibility into key accounts, opportunities, and forecasts. - Leverage, promote and collaborate with Nuix Channel and partners as appropriate. - Contribute to Nuix lead generation and marketing event programs. - Participate in industry events and forums in liaison with Nuix Marketing - Be a Nuix brand ambassador in the marketplace. - Maintain an accurate business forecast, and a granular understanding of our customers’ requirements, trends, risks, and opportunities - Maintain monthly communication with all customer accounts - Complete a formal business review twice a year with every customer - Work with marketing to obtain multiple new case studies from customer portfolio - Refer new business deals to New Customer sales teams - Ensure a high penetration of Nuix premium services into customer portfolio

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Role to be based in Frankfurt or remote in Germany. - German and English language fluency - Ability to demonstrate excitement about and connection to the Nuix Values - Commitment to work collaboratively and cross functionally - Successful experience in selling enterprise level software, services, and technology - Demonstrate record of accomplishment of driving sales account revenue and exceeding revenue target - Detailed understanding of software, services and technology within Digital Forensics, Information Governance and/or eDiscovery - Ability to coordinate the end-to-end activities from pre-sales through to post sales to ensure excellent levels of service throughout the process. - Be mobile, travel across Europe is an element of this role
