About the Role

Lead on executing the SMB and Mid-Market sales strategy for the UKI territory, with a key focus on driving predictable and repeatable growth across each of the EcoOnline solutions. You will lead, manage, and motivate a team of account executives to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Personally engage with key mid-market accounts and senior customer stakeholders to build trust and establish long-term partnerships.

• Partner with internal teams, including presales, customer success, and product, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics, proactively addressing risks and opportunities to improve outcomes.

Market Strategy & Insights:

• Develop a deep understanding of the UKI mid-market and SMB landscape, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive activity.

• Provide market feedback to EcoOnline’s product and marketing teams to influence solution development and positioning.

• Represent EcoOnline at industry events, forums, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Collaboration & Alignment:

• Work closely with other regional sales leaders and global leadership to align strategies and share best practices.

• Collaborate with marketing on region-specific campaigns, lead generation efforts, and pipeline-building activities.

• Align with EcoOnline’s enterprise sales team to ensure consistency and coordination across shared accounts and opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of corporate or mid-market software sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS environment.

• 3+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, managing teams across multiple regions.

• Experience working with mid-market clients, with a focus on consultative and value-based selling.

• Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive regional growth is a strong advantage. 

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align with clients’ strategic goals.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Industry Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, corporate sales processes, and mid-market customer dynamics.

• Familiarity with EHS, ESG, and Chemical Management solutions and regulatory landscapes is highly desirable.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
