Technical Producer - AAA Gaming

Join Kavaliro on an exciting journey as we search for an adept Producer to spearhead the development of our eagerly awaited title. As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a key role in steering the game from concept to release, collaborating closely with our skilled production team. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying and mitigating critical path risks, managing bug assignments, allocating resources strategically, and ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines.  **

Responsibilities:**

• Identify and address critical path risks, implementing mitigation plans and driving results.
• Collaborate with the project team and QA to manage bug assignments, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress toward resolution.
• Allocate resources effectively to eliminate roadblocks and ensure successful Sprint and Milestone completions.
• Work closely with development leadership to align strategic goals and tactical measures.
• Drive the development process from concept to release, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with production colleagues to facilitate cross-disciplinary scheduling and planning efforts.
• Manage and support development team members to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the development cycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of game development experience with one or more shipped titles.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, motivating and guiding team members toward shared objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines.
• Preferably, experience in 1st person shooter game development.
• Proven track record as a Producer in the video game industry, successfully delivering projects from inception to launch.
• Passion for gaming and a profound understanding of the development process, spanning art, design, and engineering.
