  • Ideal Candidates should live in Central or Eastern Time Zone of the United States

The IAS works with existing small accounts with a focus on growing their spend across all categories with HiTouch. IAS will engage customers remotely by phone, TEAMs Video Meetings, email and other communication to establish, build and maintain with key buying contacts and influences with the goal of selling into white space and gaining more of the client’s market share in categories that already may have some spend. A typical workday will consist of outbound and inbound customer engagement activities tracking all in Salesforce. **

What You’ll Be Doing**

  • Daily phone and TEAMs Video reach out to existing and new contacts within an assigned book of businesses.
  • Effective selling skills: effectively communicate the HiTouch proposition regarding capabilities, customer service levels and ease of partnering.
  • Meet KPIs (sales activities) each day and week (calls, emails, meetings, etc.).
  • Learn and have an above basic knowledge on all HiTouch business categories.
  • All activities are logged in Salesforce as they occur.
  • Budget goals are a focus and are met or exceeded.
  • Use PriceRight to create and provide quick client quotes.
  • Work with HiTouch Specialty Lines of Business team to close new business in specialty categories.
  • Use your strong organizational skills and time management skills to stay on top of all meetings, client follow up tasks and reach out so that all accounts have been contacts within an account have been contacted no less than once a month.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Professional communication skills that build relationship with existing and new contacts within assigned existing accounts.
  • Meet or exceed revenue growth goals within your assigned existing accounts.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-disciplined and efforts are consistent each day.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, using Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.
  • Skilled at identify new contacts with buying influence for each HiTouch business category.
  • Ability to succeed in a transactional and program selling environment.
  • Ability to work with other teams to collaborate to win an opportunity.
  • Ability to be coached and take constructive feedback to improve selling efforts.
  • Ability and motivation to build a relationship with existing contacts, find and engage new contacts within your existing account base.

What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Pipelines Management
  • Quotas / Metrics
  • Relationship Building
  • 1+ year of experience working in a digital/virtual environment selling into new accounts that are not familiar with our company.

What’s Needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. (Not Required)
  • Industry knowledge.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales or B2B sales management experience.
